La Storia

Growing up in a traditional southern Italian town, I had a deep appreciation and understanding of Italian food.

 

I spent my childhood in local markets and farms and spent my summers on fishing boats. I sat down with family and friends every night where we shared recipes and local ingredients with one another.

It was a way of life that I appreciate now more than ever - as I look back this is truly “La Dolce Vita” and where the dream of La Pizzica began.
